CLPIA Training of Trainers Conducted Successfully

A four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) on the Common Licensing and Permit Issuing Application (CLPIA) was successfully conducted from 14–17 September 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Lab #11, Agargaon, Dhaka. Officials from BAERA, BSTI, DLS, BTRC, BAEC, BNACWC, and BEZA participated in the program.

The training focused on strengthening participants’ technical and operational understanding of CLPIA, along with their presentation, knowledge-sharing, and training facilitation skills. Through system demonstrations, practical exercises, discussions, and trainer practice sessions, participants enhanced their ability to conduct future user training and knowledge-transfer activities. The initiative supports sustainable capacity building and effective adoption of CLPIA under the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System.
