CLPIA Training of Trainers (ToT) Successfully Completed
As part of the ongoing capacity-building initiatives under the Bangladesh Single Window (BSW) System, a four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) on the Common Licensing and Permit Issuing Application (CLPIA) was conducted from 21–24 September 2026 at BCC Bhaban, Lab #11, Agargaon, Dhaka.
The training brought together officials and representatives from the Department of Explosives (DoEX), Department of Fisheries (DoF), Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA), Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), and Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA).
The program focused on enhancing participants’ technical and operational knowledge of CLPIA, while strengthening their presentation, knowledge-sharing, and training facilitation skills. Through system demonstrations, hands-on exercises, interactive discussions, and trainer practice sessions, participants developed the capacity to deliver future CLPIA user training and support effective knowledge transfer.
The initiative is expected to contribute to sustainable capacity building and the effective adoption of CLPIA across participating agencies under the BSW System.
